ADMITTED TO PRACTICE
Mr. Garcia is extremely proud of the following cases in which he was the trial and appellate attorney, benefitting injured persons throughout the State of Florida:
- Granados v. Zher, He successfully fought the tactic of using discrepancies and mistakes in the discovery process in order to get cases thrown out. Now insurance companies in the State of Florida cannot use simple mistakes to deny a rightful claim.
- Garcia v. Keystone, He successfully fought the nursing home defense tactic to maintain cases in pre-suit with no intention of negotiating in good faith. Because of Mr. Garcia’s work, nursing homes throughout the State of Florida can no longer use this delay tactic.
- Pierrot v. Park Place, Mr. Garcia successfully fought the claim from a mental health facility that it was a health care provider under the Florida Medical Malpractice Act. This important decision ensured that the rights of mental health patients throughout the State of Florida would not be diminished.
